When modules are inventoried in Docusnap, the date of the inventory is recorded in each case. After a certain number of inventories have been completed, depending on the setting, the older entries are deleted. To get a more accurate picture of how long a system has been in Docusnap, the date of the first record of this object in the database is also stored. The value cannot be provided retroactively, so this value remains empty for systems that were inventoried with Docusnap versions prior to Docusnap 12.
